Orgenik - Ecommerce scam

I placed an order on orgenik.com on *th November for Native Organika products (the company has closed, but i didn't know). The moment the payment was done, the web page greeted me with "lost in space". But Rs. *,*** got deducted from my account. There's no phone number, so i got their number from another seller brand on their website. I e-mailed them, sent messages on linkedin, instagram to no avail. When i called their Truecaller verified number few times, the girl at the other end repeatedly said i had called a wrong number. I asked them to either refund the amount or send replacement from another brand. But no response at all. I never experienced this before. The company is registered on few platforms but it seems to be a scammer.
