Cosmoscraft - ECOM scam

Search on google about portable AC and found Product BlueStar *Ton Portable AC amounting Rs.**,***/- on cosmoskraft.com website, after using coupon it costs Rs.**,***/-. I ordered on **/**/**** afternoon and paid through GooglePay UPI transaction. Now no response against the ordered product delivery. I have mailed on their customer service mail id (care@cosmoskraft.com) also contacted through their mobile number (+**- **********).
