Why your team not working properly and wrong updates given to the status. I got call from your executive for return pick at **-**-**** **:** IST and i have given the all details regarding my location and landmark as well after that at *-**-**** **:** IST i got message saying that "Due to Customer Not Available Return Pickup Not Done" how your employees are decided to update the wrong details like this .am waiting for your executive to give the return item from my Home .But i have received the message like this .Why Ecom Express maintaining like these employees to your business. take action accordingly and check the required details given below .
