easyfinancial.com company has promised us to give loan of ** lakh after getting our document. she has taken **** rupees online for insurance of person.
At the time of giving loan they told that ***** will be deducted from your loan amount for bank charge. we agreed to deduct. but when they are supposed to send loan amount they told that "sorry we are not able to deduct ***** because your loan is secure so you have to pay it to us then after we can send loan amount to you.
we told that we dont have ***** so first you send loan amount then we will sent it to you. but they did not get agree for that and given us backwas justifation. It was looking like its their plan to take ***** from customer.

we dined to give them ***** and told to give us policy of that insurance of **** so they are not giving us that policy and they are not giving us that insurance amount back.
