Dear Sir / Madam,
I have booked one way flight Tickets booking for my family members total Nos. * , booking date was **st Feb. **** and travelling date was Saturday *rd June **** through Go first airline during peak season customer care people called and explain me that the flight got canceled and i requested them to book another flight they said their is no other flight tickets available and you will get refund on that same day of travelling but till date i didn't received my money back.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
