I ordered a customized T shirt for a friend's birthday, they have not even updated the order status and it shows a plain white tshirt when I ordered a maroon tshirt with my own design on it, I tried reaching them to confirm about it and to ask why they haven't dispatched yet and there is no update about it yet, no reply since * days.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
