GUESS - EAN mismatched

I have a received the guess handbag on **th October **** and the bag look very ugly so I have returned this bag and the delivery person took the and the very evening he returned the bag to by saying the EAN was mismatched it happened twice ...and now the ajio people won't respond properly to me ..
