voltas 1 5 ton - e Regarding After Sales Service

I am an Engineer by profession in an esteemed government department, and I do procurement of almost**-** AC every season for different locations of Delhi. In this regard the ACs are installed at different locations of Delhi .
I encountered a problem in * of my office (both at different locations) and made a complaint to attend my AC -(window type) over ESR No. *********** and AC *********** on **.**.**** and **.**.****.
I have to chase this company for *-* times daily, they use to provide the contact of service dept everytime, ********** and this number is not in service, the voltas team has nothing to say in this regard. after waiting and continious liasoning they provided me the contact detail of Technician, who was not that skilled and the same problem is still persisting.
Its been more than a week and the grievance of *********** is still not resolved.
