I had a word with your representative rajat he told me that I will be a charge for duty advancement Rs. *** that is **% under Indian companies act. when I asked he rudely said go and search by myself when he himself doesn't know any then why he quoted that; what kind of training you people provide. Please let me inform you that companies act does not speak about duty advancement charges. It should have been included in your high shipping charges, in the name of safety you people charge so much to your customers. Your company charged me a nice amount to ship the goods to India still it wants Rs. *** as duty advancement charges. This hidden cost was not intimated at any point to me. My import duty is ****.**, and I will pay that much only.
How could you charge me for the warehouse, you intimated me on ** June **** about the KYC while it was already initiated and completed by me on ** June. You never intimated me about the arrival of shipment. This how you earn extra from your customer, if I would not have started the whole process then you must have charged extra for this. This is so unethical.
Is fedex is not earning enough from ethical ways, so that it has to adopt such unethical ways to survive?
