Aqua RO India - Duplicate water filter and No AMC service

On **th Sep **** I purchase AMC (Annual maintenance contract) from Aqua RO India for * year and immediately the water purifier candles replaced and dealer Techinician assured continious service for * year but with in * months the water purifier has some issue and water is not coming from water purifier then I contacted local technician and dealer central team several time and requested to solve the issue because water purifier stop the delivery of water. I contacted "PURE IT ' customer care by email and company sent the technician to verify the purifier and found Aqua RO india installed duplictate filters.Since this is fraud company I want to take legal action
