I ordered a refurbished Iphone ** promax *** GB from Royal stores via online shopping (https://royalstores***.com/) on */**/**** and I received the item box on **/**. I paid ***** INR for the phone. When I opened the box the phone was broken (back panel of the phone was broken) and after checking the iphone's serial number, I found that they have fabricated the serial number with the old version of iphone **. To my surprise that the sim card was also not working. After that i tried to call the stores in given numbers but no one picked the phone for many days. I wrote to the given mail id (cpoin***@gmail.com) but no answer. AT this point I realized that i have been duped by a gang of fraudsters. I believe that these people are cheating many more customers as they are changing the contact details everyday. I have prepared a file with all the details and activity on the website. Please help me to expose such gangs in India so that we can save more people Thanks and regards Trilok
