Shree Krishna Digital World - Duplicate screen replaced on mobile

Shree Krishna Digital World in Pimpale Saudagar installed duplicate screen on my A** mobile after taking amount of Rs. **** for original copy as agreed.
On seeing the label SK Royal (Dimond) when I asked if this is what Samsung issues then he rudely said that is has warranty of * months. But, the touch is very poor.
Now, the issue is with shopkeeper practicing selling of duplicate items for original without anyone holding him accountable.
I am suffering a loss of **** Rs and with a screen that has poor touh screen.
