Preeco Super market Regal Chowk Srinagar - Duplicate Products received

Brought two products of Bodyshop from Preeco Supermarket Regal Srinagar and on first use found them totally unusable and dry. Obviously went back to the so called supermarket who was not even ready to listen and told me straight forward that he will not do anything and contact the customer care of the company. The customer contacted them who in turn refused any help as the supermarket was not Franchise. Strict action is needed to be taken against this shopkeeper who cares a damn for customers as he has done with me as he did not replace the products nor returned the money
