Ebazee.net - Duplicate Product

I had ordered a JBL Flip * speaker and with it there was free Airpods as advertised by the site. When i received the product it was a fake one with no manufacturing company and only one airpod that was not even working. When i went to the site to register a complaint , you cant even click on the link for customer support showing this is totally a fraud company duping Indian Citizens in fraud products. I sent them an Email through the site which does not even get saved in the sent box in my mail clearly showing the fraud motive of the site. A day later i received a call from the site saying there might have been a misplacement of the product so after two days they will be sending me a new one. And again i got a call the next day saying the same thing and after that nothing from the site. I sent them several mails through the site regarding the issue which does not even get saved in my mail but i got no response. Finally I found out about Voxya so i am registering a complaint here hoping you would help me out. I want these fraudsters to pay for their actions . They might have done this to many customers and maybe no one has filed a complaint. So please help me out to get these people. I would be really thankful if you guys would help me out.
