PayTM, sport paradise - Duplicate product received from Authorized dealer

I purchased yonex badminton worth **** rupees from paytm via authorized dealer (sport paradise) on **-**-****. Due to fake/first copy product received from an authorized dealer the product frame got damage automatically within * month. Now even after contacting the dealer answer revieved was they cant do anything I should contact paytm and even no help was from paytm.
Suggestion: Paytm should do a genuine product test before it supply to It's customer.
