I recently placed an order for a pair of shoes from an online Instagram store (shoe_world_india_). The product which I received is completely different from the one I placed order for and the product is in a very bad condition. They didn't even send the right pair of shoes both the shoe are for left foot only. I am trying to contact with them but they aren't replying.
