I had purchased one Burberry London EDT perfume through Flipcart vide Order Id: OD****************** dated **.**.****. The perfume delivered to me by Flipcart is not original but duplicate. I have been using burberry products since long and can easily make out if this is real or fake. I would be happy if perfume is replaced with original. I will close the matter on receiving original product. The complaint to this effect was sent to flipcart twice but no action has been taken by them.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
