Sweet Sensitive trimmer - DUPLICATE ITEM DELIVERY

On seeing the deals on 'Veet Sensitive Trimmer ' provided by Drift Deals...I ordered one on **th July ****. They charged me extra Rs. *** for shipping too & promised prompt delivery. However it is only today that the item was delivered. After opening the package, I found instead of VEET SENSITIVE TRIMMER, I waa supplied with one chinese made trimmer that looks exactly alike called "Sweet Sensitive Trimmer".
Immediately I tried calling the Customer care for a refund. But there was no response even after calling for over more than five times.. They are not even replying to emails.
