Flipcart - Duplicate hair oil received

I saw the offer for *** ml indulekha hair oil for rs *** .so I ordered for it and paid rs ****including shipping charges.but when I opened it,it was totally different..it was duplicate.n when I used it twice onlyi started facing the problem of hairfall very badly...it is very dangerous.then I called on Flipkart customer care and request them to plz replace the thing or refund my money.but they refused to pay or replace the thing saying this item is under no return scheme.. hence they are cheating with people
