I ordered Contour plus ** test strips with wellstar round glucometer Lancets on **/**/**** and got delivery on **/**/**** at **AM around. I found box in ok condition next day i tried to use test strips for sugar test but i found them as duplicate, i couldn't use them with my glucometer. I raised a return request on **/**/**** but it get rejected. Again i raised return request but it get rejected again and again. Then the option of to raise a return request stopped showing up so i request a call support and through them i requested call many time talked to them and get raised return request many times. It even get rejected. Now I'm nowhere situation and don't know what to do next...? Please help me with this
