G S Electronics Patiala - Duplicate bill copy not provided by dealer

With reference to the above, we had purchased a Samsung refrigerator Model No RS**HSTPN* with Serial No V*****AG******K from the G S ELECTRONICS, DHARAMPURA BAZAAR PATIALA on **.**.**** for cash. Our fridge compressor is dead now but in warranty yet. The samsung engineer visited our home for repair and told us to produce original bill for replacement of the compressor from the company or Rs.***** will be charged for the repair without bill copy. On searching we didnt get the original bill from our home. We requested the owner of GS Electronics Patiala ,the dealer to provide us the duplicate copy of the bill. But he asked for a time of * to ** days for wait. Yesterday after ** days of wait i again asked hin for duplicate bill ,but he totally refused to provide the same and told us that it was the purchase before GST and he do not have any record with him now.
I request your goodself to get the duplicate bill copy through the dealer or to direct the dealer to issue us the duplicate bill copy so that we could get our refrigerator repaired within the warranty.
We cannot afford to pay such a high cost for repair of the fridge. So i request your goodself to do the needful please.
