I ordered Boat Rockerz ***F bluetooth earphones on COD from Dreno. After receiving the delivery(**th May) i saw that the earphones were broken, duplicate and defective. It was a complete duplicate product.
So on the same day i applied for Return and Refund by sending them a email as mentioned in their website, then i got a mail from them asking to send a video and photo of the product so i did the same.
Since then they are not replying even after mailing them numerous times.
I am even trying to call the person who called me for confirming my order but that person is also not answering.
Please help me.
