I have booked bus from Goa to Hyderabad to travel Oct **th **** via Makemytrip.com. The bus was supposed to start at *.** PM and reach Miyapur by **.** PM on **th Oct ****. The bus started at right time but some of amenities were missing. The journey was fine until *.**AM of **th Oct. Then, somewhere near Vijayapura the bus stopped and driver asked everyone to change the bus. No reason was given and the luggages were already shifted to the other bus. All the passengers in bus *(The bus we started our journey in, Goa to Hyd) shifted to bus *(The bus they made us change to, Hyd to Goa) and passengers in bus * shifted to bus *. Later that we realized bus * has a problem(According to the driver it has problem with Accelerator). They thought it woudnt make to Goa in the Ghat section. So they shifted us to the bus with problem. Which was extremely shaky and jumpy and created nausea and stomach issues, Other than the obvious dangers on the road by a faulty bus putting everyones lives in danger. The bus wouldnt cross **kmph of speed due to all the issues, the bus reached the destination at *.** PM instead of **.** PM causing a day's loss at work. Upon calling and confronting the owner of travels, he resorts to verbal abuse and tipical Dhamki like come to our office we will see your end, causing mental and phisical trauma by changing from better bus to faulty bus.
