Careervisitor com - Duped by CAREERVISITOR COM by promising interviews for undisclosed vacancies at Deloitte Capgemini S

I was approached by CAREERVISITOR.COM (by one Mr. SANJAY - Recruiter/HR) by promising interviews for undisclosed vacancies at big companies - Deloitte, Capgemini, Syntel and SAP.
The list of payments that I made are:
*) INR **** for lifetime registration fee
*) INR ***** for background verification (education & employment)
*) INR ***** for Job Ministrations Service i.e. interview grooming - how to face the interview and the kind of questions that would be asked etc.
Then I was told that it would take a Turn Around Time (TAT) of ** days for the verification process to be completed post which the Job Ministration Service would commence.
The verification process itself took a lot of time i.e. more than * months (more than ** days) and still they weren't sharing the verification report. On a lot of following up, they shared the verification report.
Now that the verification process was complete, I was waiting for the Job Ministrations service to commence, so that I could face the promised interviews (at Deloitte, Capgemini, Syntel and SAP) at the earliest, but they kept on evading my calls and never forwarded the call to Mr. Sanjay (the one who promised me the interviews @ Deloitte, Capgemini, Syntel and SAP)
