Sakshi Verma filed complaint against Dunzo At Bangalore on May 28, 2024
I booked a pick up from Dunzo in order to pick a packet of brownies and a cake in Bengalore
I paid nearly *** rs for that since distance was quite a much.
At the time of pick up , Dunzo guy has to take a picture of a package, in my case there was nothing in the image , it was blank colored image.
After receiving it, when we opened the box, contents were missing from the package
Apparently dunzo partner opened my package and eat from that
This is really really cheap on the name of dunzo who claims to safely transfer the packages.
When I reported this to the Dunzo customer service,
All they had was sorry and that it wont happen in future
They denied to refund my money back mentioning that dunzo has still covered a long distance in order to ensure the delivery of my packages
Seems they are fine with their dunzo partners to open customer’s package and tamper with it
I need strict action against dunzo.
