Dear sir / madam,
paid electricity bill it showing "pending status". After that i cancelled the bill on **.**.****. it was reversed to the wallet next day **.**.**** . From *nd day i am raising an request to stop sending due payment reminders. It was reversed to wallet on **.**.****
why i should pay for reversed amount and additional amount for the late charges to the mobikwik.
from day * i am complaining to the chat support. they are not responding and acting as no concern.
