i have applied meter more then ** times but,still they are not providing me same,all time they are sending back mail, self attached,or incomplete address ,this types msgs ,i have already atteched sale deed, i.d profe,delhi jal board billl also but they are not giving me electricity meter.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
