Wristfactory - Duaplicate products

I've bought a pair of fast track watch through Wristfactory.com But am not satisfied with that product, it seems like the original brand but which I received one is fake and not a branded one Kindly consider this refund. even though the wristfactory doesn't have their return policy form or any helpline number and ecom courier service provide them with the shipment delivery courier company also doesn't have any idea from where they pick the parcel this ecom courier service is also a fake courier service
