I'm looking for a new Dth connection. Somebody calling from dthconnect.com and as per the discussion, she (Riya) provided offer details like actual cost is **** but we are giving **** rupees. She then asked to book a new connection for that I need to pay *** Rs. partial payment and remaining amount paid at the time of installation. No one coming and if I'm calling to the customer care then not reachable at the moment. Beware of this company. Please take this complaint as a priority and shut down those type of companies. Please help me with this.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
