I am having d*h connection in bangalore. In suddenly i started receiving "signal not available". First of all videocon customer care is worst. I tried for * days and it got connected on *th day. They send a representative next day and he told that some part in dish has been spoiled and he changed it. They charged rs.*** for this on november **,****. Still it was not proper, daily atleast * or * hours i will be getting "signal not available".. On december **th it was permenantly showing "signal not available".. Again they sent a representative on december **th.. He told there was some loose connection in the dish and he has fixed it. Dth was fine for few days and again from december **th now i am getting "signal not available" if i call now, the reply customer care is "we will send a representative and you need to pay ***"..the problem exists already and it was not fixed at all.. Y i need to pay again..my two months recharge amount wasted already (***) and i have given *** for servicing.. And they have deducted the cost for the part which was changed from my dth balance.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
