Tata Sky DTH - DTH NOT ACTIVATED AFTER PAYMENT

I have recharged my tata sky dth for Rs. ***/- on **.**.**** at *.** pm, but from same time I am following request about no any chanal can see after recharge, I have called customer care many times from **.**.**** to **.**.**** at * pm. But there is no solution received.
I request for refund if tata sky dth technical team is not able to solve my problem.
