Sir, this email is regarding a complaint of Reliance Digital TV. Through a newspaper ad, they brought a pre-booking offer for new DTH connections in Rs. ***/- in first quarter of calender year ****. I had booked * connections in different names of myself and family between **th to **th March. Since then, I'm waiting for my connection to be installed (they had promised installation in **-** days from booking). I have called on customer care no of the company several times since then. Everytime they give **-** days time for installation. I'm feeling really disappointed in the fear to loose my hard earned money and feeling cheated. I also have recording of calls made on customer care, if required. I request you to kindly look into the matter from your end and do the needful to help me. Thanks
