I booked my parcel weighted * Kg having Rakhi and sweets and some other items for delivery to Jaipur , Rajasthan on * August **** from Bikaner (Rajasthan) and it got delivered to the recipient on *th August ****, **.** PM. Such a worst delayed servicing provided by the company for which we are paying. Other than that rresponsible response of ADM by saying that if you are not satisfied than we can return this parcel to the Bikaner back , Was this the solution that can be expected from a responsible posted employee of the company . Are we paying to this courier service for such type of nonsense reply?
