Hello,
On October I ordered a laptop from Pondicherry to Hyderabad.
at that time i received Broken laptop from your(DTDC) end.
when i open it their is no bobble rap and worst packing. And Laptop Display Damaged.
at that time i raised a ticket Ticket Received - Consignment no - with ticket no - *******. and Re:Consignment no - D******** with ticket no - *******.Still now i didnt get any Update from DTDC Courier Service. have paid **** with Insurance and All taxes. let me know update on this.
i am tried to reach that DTDC person name Sunil Kumar P and his ph no is ********** OWNER OF SREE LAKSHMI VENKATESHWAR ENTERPRISES. and I had a call with Praveen ********** Customer care Head. Now i am tried to call them But they are not answering my calls. can you Help me on this. They are not resolving my Issue. i paid full amonut with Insurance ****rs to DTDC Sunil through Phonepe.
