Laundry Solutions - Dry cleaners lost my clothes

In one of the shop of this company Laundry solutions at crossing Republik Ghaziabad. I gave two shirts and one T-Shirts for Dry cleaning on **th July **** against invoice no. **** and i got an assurance from them that, I will get my clothes on **th July ****. But they lost all of it and now they are neither paying for it nor returning it to me. Since last four month i am in touch with the owner of laundry solution mr. Kuldeep he is still tell me that i will come tommorow to meet you then i will reimburse you. But he never comes there and meet personally and i am sure he is not willing ti do so. so kindly, help me out here Please.
