Saumic craft - Drop shipping Customer return required at my home address

My name is Dipali Thokal, owner of Amdee’s World. I am writing to address a significant issue with the dropshipping services provided by Crown Mart/Saumic Craft (Account No: AZ****).

My business, Amdee’s World, specializes in ladies' apparel. We entered into a dropshipping agreement with Crown Mart/Saumic Craft, located at Plot No.-**, Shankar Vihar-E, Sanganer, Sawai Getor, Jagatpura, Jaipur, Jaipur, Rajasthan, ******. According to our arrangement, when we receive an order from a customer via Amazon, you are responsible for directly shipping the product to the customer. We have consistently fulfilled our part of the agreement by paying the agreed-upon service charges.

Problems with Product Quality and Returns
We have recently experienced a significant increase in product returns, which customers are sending directly to your warehouse. This high rate of returns is a direct result of the poor quality of the ladies' apparel provided through your dropshipping service. To mitigate these losses, I formally requested the return of all customer-returned merchandise from your warehouse to my home address in Pune. Despite multiple follow-ups over the past month, I have not received a satisfactory response regarding the return of these items.
