I had paid ₹**** in May **** for driving school services at Shop No. ***, Near Kamgar Hospital, Opp. Omega Business Park, Chaitraban Society, Karvalo Nagar, Thane West – ******.

Despite multiple calls and personal visits to your office, there has been no response. My driving classes are still pending, and my driving license has not been applied for.

As a woman, learning to drive and proper management of my hard-earned money is very important for my safety and independence. I have been following up continuously but have received no update from your side.

I request you to immediately respond, complete my pending driving classes, and proceed with my driving license application, or refund the full amount at the earliest.

Please treat this matter as urgent and resolve it without further delay.
