After on-boarded at Kaniyur toll plaza, we identified that bus driver was drunken and we got to know already there was an accident inside the city. Due to safety we step down at salem. And we are elders , spend my own money to get the chennai. We are requesting full refund for this issue. Seat no * and *. We tried to contact to the bus service but didn't attend the call.
