Drink prime - Drink prime payment and validity

I have paid ***rs for monthly plan of **days through drink prime app. But the validity was showing as ** days only.when I asked them they were saying I have to pay for every month whether I am using it or not.This is not at all fair and they are doing fraud with people's minds.
