Dressberry - DressBerry Myntra delivering wrong items and now not accepting returns

I ordered two scarfs from Dressberry on Myntra.
I didn't like the quality of scarf and therefore initiated a return request. However, when the pickup agent arrived, they refused to accept the return, citing that the brand/company name was not mentioned on the scarf itself, despite all tags being intact and the brand name being present on the packaging and tag.

I have contacted the customer care team multiple times regarding this issue. However, they only responded by stating that they found no issue on their end.

I'm solely concerned with the presence of the tag. The issue seems to lie with the brand's labeling practices rather than any fault on my end.
