Confluence of shopping - Dress not received

I had placed an order of a dress on ** May **** and I received the confirmation message on my phone. However, after * days when I went to google to search for this site the site was inaccessible and was not there. Also, cash on delivery was not available. So I had done online payment. This site seems fake to me as now there is no link on google which is opening up that shopping site. I want my money to be refunded back to me.
