Alus Collection - Dress Not Received Timely

I'm based out of USA. Through Facebook business - Alus collection, I ordered a dress with delivery due on Aug **th to my local address in India. I paid Rs. **** upfront. After few days, they became unresponsive and didn't deliver the product on time. After repeated requests they agreed to refund the amount. And again now they are unresponsive. We suffered mentally and also they ruined our daughter's birthday plan to wear that dress. We had to waste several hours of valuable time. We need apology from them, refund of the amount and proper receipt. Even after repeated requests they didn't share proper receipt and the bank account they gave for depositing the amount didn't appear to have business name. I'm attaching the facebook messanger chat we had with them, some conversations are in Telugu.
