I placed an order for a churidar set with Mithram Collections on January *th, ****, and paid ₹*** via Google Pay. I shared the payment screenshot as requested and received order confirmation. The UPI Transaction ID is ************. Despite multiple inquiries, the delivery has been delayed beyond the expected ** working days (excluding Sundays and Saturdays). The customer support team has been unresponsive, consistently promising delivery 'tomorrow' without any updates. I believe I am being misled and request immediate action to resolve this issue.
