Delhi Public Secondary School Moynagudi Barasat West Bengal - DPSS School Not Refunding Rs

My Son studies in Class * at DPSS Barasat WestBengal, During the month of November **** the DPSS School at Moyanagudi Barasat, West Bengal asked me to pay for the next year admission fees and school fees for the next year Std * well in advance... I had paid Rs. ***** towards entire admission fees. tution fees, transportation fees, books and uniform on *st November ****. On April **** my mother ** years old and is a *rd stage cancer patient told me that she is not keeping well and cant take care of my son and hence I need to relocate him at Hydeabad where I work. When I contacted the school they gave me a TC and told they will look into my request of refunding and after discussion with the mangement they will let me know. The Principal later refused to reply to my messge or whatsapp messages or even dont pick up my phone calls. Several requesting mails has been sent to school principal and management but they dont reply. Last week got a threatening mail from them that they would file a case against me and I should face the consequenses of it as I am playing with the reputation of the school. Kindly help me in getting back my money from the School. I have all school original paid documents. At no given point of time the school can collect full fees that too * months in advance for the previous session. Regards... Kaushik **********.
