PVR central punjagutta - Double payment

I went to the movie on ** th may at pvr next galleria panjaguta.I ordered one pastry and water bottle so they showed the barcode I paid through payzapp. After that they asked to pay through phone pay or gpay. I asked them the reason they told that they are not accepting payments through payzapp and they told that the money will be refunded so I paid again but still now the was not refunded
