Dine Out - Double payment through credit card and debit card

MUKESH RATHI filed complaint against Dine Out on Sep 18, 2021

Due to error in payment at restaurant(Nawarah Ballygunj) I mistakenly paid twice for the one food bill and the issue has been highlighted before DineOut vide ticket number ****** on **.**.****.
Till date they have not resolved the case of refund of Rs. ****/- as paid through HDFC debit Card.
