On **.**.** at about *.** pm I purchased few items from your store and made payment against contact no. ********** through UPI, but due to link problem payment didn't show in your system, although my mobile was showing - payment successful. Due to non receipt of confirmation, the sales person requested me to make payment from other account and I made payment from **********. On scrutiny it is revealed that payment made from both accounts. Now I request you to kindly issue order to refund payment after checking. Matter has been taken up with the store but all in vein.
