Domino delhi - Double payment collected

I have ordered pizza on March *, ****.
And I had made payment by scanning QR given on invoice for payment.
Soon after delivery boy came to deliver, he said that was not valid payment j have to give him cash and my money will be refunded back within ** hours.
It's been * month and I haven't got my refund.
Kindly, look forward into this matter soon as possible
