i was charged initially through UPIan amount of Rs.***/- at A*BTAMILNADU@ybl by UPL ************ on *th Oct **** at **:** hrs, but the waiter told payment failed , i will get refund , till date no no refund my UPI app bank is saying payment is successful, this restaurant has taken same amount from in the form of card payment.
