Hello sir/madam
I ordered a product from Flipkart which was delivered on * may **** with order id-OD******************. Payment was set on cash on delivery mode after delivery I pay using phone pay UPI to ekart logistics QR code ...my payment got deducted and it's shows error on delivery person phone so I hade to pay cash too.
I was assured for returning of money due to double payment till * June but still it is not refunded and that delivery person not picking up my phone too.
I ordered product as gift for my mother in the hard time too...and still suffering from trying to get back my amount.
I have all the chats screenshot, person no. And payment detail.
